Neo Track is a subscription tracker that allows people to track their subscription services without forgetting the renewal dates or avoid unexpected debts on their credit cards. It also has the ability to provide virtual cards to people who don’t have access to conduct foreign transactions.

The Problem

Limited payment options make it difficult for many Nigerians to pay for subscriptions. Most subscription services rely on credit cards or PayPal for payment, neither of which are available in Nigeria.

<aside> ⚠️ Currency conversion can be a challenge due to the current economic problems. Since subscription services typically use US dollars for transactions, it can be particularly difficult for Nigerians to pay for them.

Solution

I led the design of an alternative payment option by partnering with payment companies that specialize in international transactions.

Process

Based on the insights gathered from the research, I then designed multiple screens to capture the base requirements for the application. I created a prototype for the first version and made improvements to the final version based on user feedback.
